frankly, all the squid the make pale in comparison to the wet
market version where they sell cooked fish, shrimp, squid and all
that..
the seafood is cooked by the fisherman on the boat when they catch
it..
the stuff is slightly salty and very nice with chilli, teochew
fermented beans and lime as a dipping sauce 
the squid sold by them is mundo delish!
